Part 1: OPPT, UCC's What Does this Mean?

So in simple terms ........ OPPT stands for the One People’s Public Trust and UCC stands for Uniform Commercial Code. The UCC is what international commerce law is based on. The UCC is the “bible” of commerce; it precisely dictates the manner in which international trade and commerce should be enacted.

UCC process is used internationally so, for example, if your mortgage is foreclosed on or your car is repossessed, the bank uses the UCC process to do so. It is this same in every single country.

UCC law is not taught in law schools. Knowledge of UCC law has always been only taught within legal departments of corporations. Ann, trustee of the OPPT, was professionally involved in UCC law for some time. She used her own home foreclosure as a guinea pig, challenged the foreclosure through the UCC process, and discovered how the system worked in that way! So in order to foreclose on “the system”, the Trustees of OPPT set a trap using the legal structure provided to them BY “the system”. (basically using the system, against itself)

The OPPT is managed by Trustees Caleb , Hollis and Heather.

The OPPT was created when the 3 Trustees bonded themselves to the original US Constitution of 1776. (read Andy's article for more about this)

The OPPT then bonded every individual on the planet to this Trust as the Beneficiaries in equity, known as “the One People, created by The Creator” so we, all of us, are now lawfully in a Trust between the Creator and the “states of being” of Earth. - because we are all in a "state of Being". Lawfully speaking, there can be no higher claim than that of the One People’s Public Trust… except for one made by the Creator.

Between 2011 and 2012, the Trustees lodged a complex series of filings with the UCC on behalf of its Beneficiaries – “the One People”. Using UCC process, the OPPT created a legal entity which encompasses the corporations, governments and banks as one and the same, lawfully known as the "Debtors". How? Because governments are simply, corporations. (read Andy's article for more about this)

The filings claim that the Debtor “knowingly, willingly and intentionally committed treason” by “owning, operating, aiding and abetting private money systems” and “operating Slavery Systems used against citizens without their knowing, willing and intentional consent”.

The Debtors couldn’t rebut the filings that created the new Trust, because in order to do so they would need to acknowledge that they DO run slavery and private money systems OR prove that they have a claim over us that is higher than that of the Creator (which they can’t!).

Unrebutted claims against the Debtor become international law under UCC guidelines. So as lawful remedy sought by the OPPT for the resolution of their claims, all entities forming ‘the debtor’ were lawfully foreclosed and their assets re-possessed on behalf of “the One People”. In effect, the debts we incurred within the slavery system have been erased.

In other words, these “Debtors”, legally, no longer have control over any of us. We can now, legally, take control of our own selves, our own life experience, because we are now legally, in a Trust between the Creator and the “states of being” of Earth. - because we are all in a "state of Being".

We are now lawfully in a Trust between the Creator and the “states of being” of Earth - no one else - no government, no corporation, no bank, - just the “Beingness” of us – just like the day we were born (until we got a birth certificate anyway but that’s another story)

While the old system keeps pretending to be legitimate, documents have been created that we “the One People” can now use to provide to former government, bank and corporate representatives who approach us claiming payment.

The gist of these documents is to point out that the corporation or government they used to represent has been foreclosed, and that they are now operating as an individual. The documents also allow you to establish your own terms and conditions with the person who is making a false or mistaken claim against you, so you can take control of the interaction.

Australia Day ~ The Homeschool Way

Today is January 26th, 2013, otherwise known as "Australia Day" here in Australia.

I think back to when the kids went to public school and what they were taught about Australia Day from the schooling system. They would come home with decorated Australian flags and a map of Australia where they had drawn a ship with the dotted lines as the ship made its way to Australia.

The kids were taught about navigator and astronomer Captain James Cook , that claimed the whole of the east coast of Australia for Great Britain on 22 August 1770, naming eastern Australia 'New South Wales'.

However, Australia was already home to over 250 indigenous tribes. These tribes, were the "first Australians"

As homecshoolers, we are now able to take our time and research deeper into the possible meanings and history behind "Australia Day" ......... Lets take a closer look.

In 1787, King George III sealed Australia’s fate by declaring it Britain’s new convict colony. Being sent to Botany Bay was a severe punishment. Sentences ranged from a minimum exile of seven years to life, with varying degrees of hard labour.


Basically, Australia became a dumping ground for Britains convicts. Aboriginal tribes were forced to re locate. New babies were born - the half caste - as a result of rape. Many Aboriginal children were removed from their families and were taken away to be "educated" in the white mans ways. These children are known as "The Stolen Generation"

There are many other points to be researched for "Australia Day" but I share only the above. By all means, do your own research and come up with your own conclusions.

I cannot change the past, but I can certainly help to alter the future.

Today in Australia, I believe the governments still do not understand the simplicity that life has to offer. Governments, worldwide, continue to take, take, take but now, as One People, we have the technologies and resources to help governmnets understand that enough is enough.

January 2013 Energies

I am in love with these energies of 2013 <3

Life is just "falling into place" for me. Action thoughts have come to me and I am acting on them. The whole process seems effortless. Like it is meant to be. And fun. I am injoyin the whole process of where these action thoughts are leading me <3 I trust. And soon my thoughts will become manifest.

Self sabbotaging, negative thoughts die within 3 seconds of being born. I watch as my mind has one negative thought and then, like a duster on a chalk board, it is wiped away. I smile. I have an inner duster that wipes away negative thoughts.


I continue to learn about the world to find my own truths. Yes, some of the things I choose to learn about can be seen as horrible events upon the world ~ and I learn, without judgement ~ knowing that I too, have helped co-create every large outcome.

My heart lights up, my inner spark, as I send love to all involved. Love to the governments, the military, the elite, the "systems" ~ Love ~ I have become Who-I-Am because of what I have chosen to grow through. I grow through all of this.

Through all of the old ways, the old paradigms, the old habits ~ I grow, in every moment, through it all. I send It all love and the courage for those ways to "let go". I am not angry. I have no fear. I do not judge. I see everything as "Just Is" and I know that the Is-ness of everything, is Changing, as am I. I smile.

I see my family through different eyes. My husbands skin, his smile, his soft loving eyes and gentle touch. I "see" this, and as I "see", I also "receive". My childrens laughs and ideas, their courage and strength, their warmth and hugs. I "see" this ..... and as I "see", I also "receive". I see so much love in all things. ALL things.

It is only 20 days into the beginning of 2013. This is just so amazing. I am filled with awe. I feel so at peace. So calm and peacful, happy and relaxed. There is no rush. No anxiety. It just Is.....

...... and I am in love with the Is-ness of it all xox I only hope that you have found a way To Be as well.

Imagination is More Important Than Knowledge

Only moments ago, I watched my 2 children from the kitchen window as they quickly tip toed across the back yard, holding, what looked like, small cardboard boxes containing Brat dolls ....... they were on some kind of adventure.


I remember back to when I was 9. It was a 3 hour drive to my sisters place so we would stay for a weeks or so when ever we visited. Up the road from my sisters place, there was a small forest where I would go and play. I made friends with the walking tracks and the trees. Especially one tree in particular.

At first glance, my 9 year old eyes absolutely knew, that this tree was The One. It was a simple tree but it had branches that were in all "the right places". Little "steps" and "nooks and crannys" that would become my tree home away from home.

I made my lounge room, dining area, and kitchen. The branches were set in such a specific way that only a 9 year old could see. Huge leaf cups and plates, little toys made from nature and paperbark drawings to decorate my new "home". I would spend hours upon hours there in my own little world. My own little "reality"

On another visit, I took my neices and nephew to visit my tree home. I showed them each "room" and they immediately knew what went where - and every visit after that, us kids, we just "knew".

 

 

I remember that "knowing" feeling very well. I also remember re-visiting the forest many many years later as an all knowing, egoic, too proud teenager. I couldn't even find the tree. My eyes had changed.

 

 And so I went through my life like that - blindly - for the next 25 years.

 

But I am here now. And now, as an adult, I Know again. I am Re-membering. I am Awakening. I am Imagining. I am Dreaming once again.  

 

 

 

 

 

ISS, Flying Objects In The Sky

 

 

Today is the 3rd January 2013. A friend sent us an email saying that the ISS was making its pass over tonight and we should be able to see it!

 

HoLy. MoLy! ! ! We all went outside in the dark to see if we could see the International Space Station as it made its pass over from north west - we saw it from the back yard and then ran thru the house to see it from the front yard - we got more than we bargained for!

As we followed the ISS to the north east, another very distant flying object caught our eye ....

and then another one .......

...and another one .......

and another one ......... we stopped counting at 10 flying objects. Definitly not planes. Some were moving VERY fast. Others a little slower and others flashed in a streak and disappeared. I have only now just shut my gaping jaw!

I sit here shaking my head in Awe. Like I said - HoLy, MoLy! ! ! ♥

 

I just thought this was worth sharing - could this have possibly been my first "encounter"?

 

Im still gob smacked! I am without thought! Not sure if my rational mind wants to step in or if Im just still in a state of  Duh! Holy moly alright!!!!!!!! bAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Im soooo excited right now :)
